Non-Discrimination and Title IX
At Wilmington Friends School, our commitment to acknowledge and honor the divine light in everyone leads to a deeply held belief in the obligation of interpersonal respect. In addition, Title IX and its interpreting regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106, prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in education, admissions, and employment. The School does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of individuals including that based on age, color, creed, disability, gender/gender identity, genetic information, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or on any other basis protected by federal or state law. Inquiries concerning sex-based discrimination policies or procedures (Title IX) should be directed to the School’s Title IX Coordinator:
