General Information

Medical Forms Due August 1, 2020

While we recognize that it may be difficult  to schedule a physical at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we still wanted you to receive the guidelines and requirements for your children.  Medical forms and instructions are available in the Resources tab on our school website under your parent login.

Please note: Students may not attend school without having updated information on file. Information submitted on the first day of school cannot be processed in time for students to participate that day.

Thank you for partnering with us to ensure the health and safety of all of our students!

If you haven't already signed up, for the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP), click here by June 30, 2020.
The Tuition Refund Plan is tuition insurance, purchased through A.W.G. Dewar, that is designed to protect your financial commitment against unforeseen withdrawals or dismissals from school. All WFS families are encouraged to read the information below and select this protection. If you choose to participate, you will be billed for the premium in July 2020. Your election may not be changed after August 1, 2020.

If you choose to participate in the Tuition Refund Plan, an annual premium of 0.95 percent of the total tuition will be charged to you with the tuition bill. Proportionate reductions are made for those receiving financial aid.

Please contact the admissions office with any questions.
