The release of information and recommendation forms are available to you in your Applicant Checklist in electronic format. This will enable you to send them to your child’s school and teacher(s) electronically. We request that parents manage this step so that they may retain complete control as to when a child’s current school and teacher(s) are made aware that a child may be changing schools.
