First-year Higher Level IB Biology students performed thin layer chromatography to separate chlorophyll and other pigments from leaf tissue.
First-year Higher Level IB Biology students performed thin layer chromatography to separate chlorophyll and other pigments from leaf tissue. They also looked at fluorescence from chlorophyll and generated absorbance spectra, all to support their current study of photosynthesis.
