WFS Hosts Chinese Teachers

Last weekend, WFS hosted area Chinese language teachers and administrators for a learn and lunch.
Attendees discussed the Our Life in the Forbidden City program and its potential use for teaching language, arts, culture, history, and architecture. They also had a round table discussion about DEI practices––led by Mien-hwa Chiang, a senior lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania––with the goal of fostering an interactive, conversational experience to build knowledge and skills in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
