Our Programs

Dining Services

At Wilmington Friends, we believe in the promotion of healthy living habits, including eating habits, with a respect for family and individual priorities and informed choices. We have partnered with Culinart Group, a food-service provider that works with several area  independent schools, to deliver healthy, nutritious  meals and a wide variety to our students throughout the day.

In offering a range of nutritional foods, occasional treat foods, and always with the option of students’ bringing food from home, we hope to encourage thoughtful choices. Lessons about nutrition in the curriculum encourage students to make informed decisions about eating, with an understanding of the consequences of their choices.

Lower School Students
Culinart offers an online ordering system for lunches and full-year contracts for beverages. Beverages are delivered to the classroom each day; lunches are available and delivered each day except Pizza Wednesday.

Please email Patrenia McAbee to sign up for pizza Wednesdays. Slices may also be purchased day-of for $2.00 a slice.

Middle and Upper School Students
Culinart runs our cafeteria food and beverage service. The cafeteria offers a variety of cold and hot meals for both breakfast and lunch, along with beverages and snacks, and menus can be accessed via the NutriSlice app, which can be downloaded from the App Store.

All middle and upper school students pay for lunches at the register by providing their 4-digit PIN (student ID #). Families use MyPaymentsPlus to load money into student accounts in order for them to be able to make purchases with this PIN. Please click here for instructions.

Students can still pay with cash; however, we encourage parents to prepay money into their student’s account to make checkout more efficient.
