Bruno Yeh ’22 Returns for Upper School Art Critiques & Homecoming Exhibit

Bruno Yeh '22 and Mia Mueller, both 5th-year architecture students at Syracuse University, spent the day critiquing IBHL and Art Major students in the upper school art room.
Though the critiques were brief, they offered students a fresh perspective, asking probing questions about conceptual direction, materials, and the balance between final output and process. Critical dialogue is a fundamental part of a developing artistic practice and a new assessment criterion for the 2027 IB exams. Upper school art students will host Bruno and Mia for a second, follow-up round of critiques in December.

One of Bruno’s award-winning projects will be on display next week as part of our Alumni Art Show at Homecoming (October 23-24). Be sure to check out the full exhibit in the MS/US art gallery next week. See you there!
