WFS Welcomes Dr. Stephanie Akoumany

A huge "thank you" to Dr. Stephanie Akoumany for speaking with WFS faculty and staff today. Stephanie's Bloom Wellness Lab provides mindfulness, curiosity, and movement coaching to organizations to help them thrive, and she connected these concepts to our school's DEI work.
Stephanie emphasized the importance of momentum and always striving to move forward, even when encountering difficulty and frustration. Through engaging concepts and examples, she helped us understand our own roles, our own personal energy, and our power to look past judgment towards understanding and growth. Her daughter, Zoe, even expressed her own belief that we all have the power to help the world!
