LED Mother's Day Cards
Upper school physics students worked on creating Mother's Day cards using LED technology.
The project was a fun and creative way for them to learn about electrical circuits, LED's, and batteries and provides an opportunity to learn and practice design skills such as researching ideas, planning, prototyping, and executing their designs. Their teacher, Mr. Cauchy, also hopes it encouraged students to see that engineering and technology can be used to create useful and beautiful things.

Megan Hegenbarth’s Quakerism class took a mindful journey into Alapocas Woods with middle school Spanish teacher Laura Pardo ’90, who studied forest immersion on her sabbatical earlier this year.
