Hershey and Maansson Represent WFS at the English-Speaking Union Philadelphia Branch Shakespeare Competition

Bravo to Landis Hershey ’26 (left) and Henrik Maansson ’27 for representing Wilmington Friends School at the 2026 English-Speaking Union Philadelphia Branch Shakespeare Competition!
Hosted locally by the English-Speaking Union Philadelphia Branch, the annual competition features high school students performing one Shakespeare monologue and one sonnet before a panel of judges. The winner advances to the National Finals in New York City, held April 25–27, 2026, with workshops and performances at Lincoln Center.
