This retreat was designed to strengthen the team at the heart of many of our classrooms. Stepping outside of the normal environment gave educators time to bond, share ideas, and return with fresh energy and creativity for students.

The WFS Assistant and Associate Program supports all of our learners through second grade, and as needed for third and fourth grades, by pairing two full-time educators in those classrooms. This partnership creates a low student-teacher ratio and allows for flexible, differentiated learning—small groups, one-on-one support, and lessons tailored to each child’s needs.
