Spring Concert Series Continues with Upper School Instrumental Performance in Friends Theater
The Spring Concert Series continued with an outstanding upper school instrumental concert, featuring our Jazz Band and Symphonic Band in the Friends Theater.
The evening featured a dynamic and diverse program, including selections such as “Superstition,” “Uptown Funk,” “Africa,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” and “Welcome to the Jungle.” From jazz standards to contemporary hits and cinematic scores, students delivered polished performances throughout the night.

As part of our American History course curriculum, all 10th grade students visited the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. last week.

Wilmington Friends School students, who will participate in our QUEST Service Trip to Populonia, Italy, in June to work at an archaeological dig site, visited the Penn Museum in preparation for their trip.
