Engineering in Action: Smart Machines Students Build Popsicle Stick Bridges to Test Design, Strength, and Creativity

WFS upper school students in Smart Machines worked in pairs to design and build popsicle stick bridges. 
The hands-on process of planning, testing, and creating something from scratch was both fun and rewarding. It also introduced students to concepts related to 3D printing, structural design, and durability—understanding how objects can be built to withstand real-world stress and wear.
