Strategic Plan Implementation Teams Met to Advance the Four Compass Points
Our strategic plan implementation teams gathered on Wednesday to continue shaping the future of Wilmington Friends School.
More than 40 faculty and staff members came together to review the year-one timeline, participate in team-building activities, and advance our four Compass Points:
- Students: empowering resilience, self-advocacy, and strong family partnerships.
- Program: preparing students for today’s world through real-world challenges and digital fluency.
- Community: strengthening connections and reaffirming our shared values
- Spaces: reimagining environments that reflect what makes WFS unique while maximizing learning and wellness.

This summer, Felicity Joppa '31 represented the USA at a CISV Youth Meeting in Brasília, the capital of Brazil, with a delegation from Brandywine Valley CISV. Youth Meetings bring 12-13-year-olds from 8 countries together to learn from each other, build global friendships, and work for peace.Read More -

Throwback Thursday to the WFS Lower School
