Meeting an Olympian!
It's Olympic season and fourth graders recently had the honor of visiting with two-time Olympic gold medalist Theresa Andrews!
Theresa won her gold medals at the 1984 summer Olympics in the 100-meter backstroke and the 4x100-meter medley relay and spoke to students about the hard work, practice, and teamwork that it took to accomplish her goals. Our students loved meeting her and seeing her Olympic medal!
