Fifth Grade Musical - Finding Nemo, Jr.!

Congratulations to the cast and crew of this year's 5th grade musical, Finding Nemo, Jr.
In the words of lower school performing arts teacher and director of the musical, Katie Wolf Martinenza '99, "As we celebrate the school's 275th anniversary, we lift up the testimony of community. Finding Nemo, Jr. created an opportunity to strengthen our 5th grade class community. We explored the importance of representation in Finding Nemo among the disability community and shared ways disability appears all around us in the real world. We also lifted up the testimony of stewardship. As you look at the coral in the set pieces you’ll notice many recycled materials that make up our coral reef. 

It is an honor to work with the 5th grade on this production, one of the culminating performing arts experiences that caps off their time at lower school. These students demonstrate a passion and excitement that is contagious! I am so proud of their hard work and dedication."
