Fifth Graders Explore Washington, D.C.

WFS fifth graders had quite the adventure last week as they took on Washington, D.C. for two days!
They met with WFS parent of alumni Delaware Senator Chris Coons, toured the U.S. Capitol with his staff assistant, Sarah Balick '17, participated in a Meeting for Worship at the World War II Memorial, visited the Smithsonian Natural History Museum and the National Museum of African American History, bonded with friends, and had a great time learning more about our nation's capital.
