MS Bonding Day!

Last week, our middle schoolers took part in their annual Bonding Day, though our seventh graders might argue that “Building Day” is a more appropriate name.
They noted that “Building Day” might be better because, “We are building relationships with people we may not know very well yet,” and because “We are building community.”

Through games, challenges, and shared experiences, students stepped outside their comfort zones and into their “stretch zones”—where real learning and growth happen. By dedicating time to teamwork, reflection, and connection, our middle schoolers didn’t just bond; they built the foundation for a stronger, more inclusive community
